    Air conditioning issues made it hard to cool rooms!!! Seating availability at peak times was a nightmare!!! No tour or excursion recommendations despite asking!!! Noise levels during meals were overwhelming!!!

    Had a proper good time here! The room was spacious and the staff treated us like royalty, especially Hassan at the pool—top bloke! Only downside was the food got a bit repetitive after a while. But overall, deffo worth a return!

    Unexpected poolside adventures await

    The staff at the Kaya Side were amazing, always cheerful and engaging, especially Hassan at the pool-he made our mornings lovely! The diverse cuisine kept meals exciting, with well-loved options from fresh salads to delicious à la carte experiences.

    Noise from nearby entertainment disrupted our sleep, especially due to kids running around the hallways. The beach was lovely but felt overcrowded on weekends, leaving little space to relax.

    Chill times at the beach!

    The beach was super clean with tons of sunbeds, and Hassan always made sure we were taken care of by the pool. Loved the varied food options, especially at the snack bar. One evening, the dinner service was kinda slow, a bit annoying when we were hungry.
